Trayvon Martin’s Girlfriend Lied To Investigators
March 5, 2013 – The murder case against George Zimmerman has apparently taken a turn for the worst for prosecutors in Florida. The most important witness against Zimmerman, Trayvon Martin‘s girlfriend, was caught in a lie Tuesday. She had told police that she was in the hospital during Martin’s funeral and that is why she did not attend. When investigators checked hospital and medical records they discovered she had not been in the hospital.
When reporters asked the state’s lead prosecutor, Bernie de la Rionda, if he would charge the girlfriend with perjury he responded: “You can all read the law and make your own decision.”
Another lie told was about her age. She told investigators during her recorded interview that she was 16 years old. She was actually 18 at the time.
The girls Twitter and Facebook accounts have been subpoenaed so that investigators can read her posts. It’s going to be interesting to hear what the little liar posted about the case and her dealings with her little thug wannabe Trayvon.
It may not sound like such a big deal that she lied about her age or even why she missed his funeral. It’s the fact that she lied to investigators during a murder investigation. You don’t do that. You don’t lie to law enforcement, especially when you are the number one witness in the states case.
What this girl did was destroy her credibility as a key witness. Prosecutors know that if she takes the stand, the Zimmerman team will have a field day destroying her as a responsible, honest citizen.
I believe this new turn of events only helps George Zimmerman’s defense. Nothing Martin’s girlfriend says on the stand now can be believed. She is a proven liar, and that does not work well at all for the state. -JRoycroft
George Zimmerman: New Photo Released By His Attorney

December 4, 2012 – George Zimmerman’s attorney created a new controversy by making public a photo taken of Zimmerman sitting in the back seat of a Sanford Police car on the night he killed Trayvon Martin. The photo taken by Sanford Police shows Zimmerman’s bloody face after being placed in the police car shortly after the shooting.
A status hearing for Zimmerman is set for December 10, and his trial date is set for June 10, 2013.
I’m anxiously awaiting this trial to begin so it can take over the media and give us something more interesting to hear about for a change. Our economy isn’t going to be repaired in our lifetime so we might as well watch George Zimmerman get screwed over by the media and black race pimps. That poor guy has no chance of ever getting a fair trial.
You can save your bleeding heart comments about poor little Trayvon Martin for someone who gives a damn. I don’t. When you do the research, and put those two individuals side by side, George Zimmerman had a better chance at being a successful member of society than Trayvon Martin ever did. Martin was a thug in the making, and an up and coming member of the culture of black violence. He was well on his way to making his mark on society as just another hoody wearing punk thug. For those of you who just called me a racist, I don’t care. You’ve used that word in so many wrong ways that it means absolutely nothing anymore. You can’t even define the word in it’s original meaning.
I’m hoping Zimmerman gets a light sentence and out real soon. Unless something comes out in the trial that changes the events of that night, George Zimmerman should never have been charged with second degree murder. -JRoycroft

May 18, 2012 – (Updated 10:00pm) As the new information becomes available about the George Zimmerman case, one has to wonder if just maybe Zimmerman was justified in shooting Martin. Now it’s come out in the police report that Zimmerman says Martin tried to take his gun during the struggle. Regardless of who threw the first punch, and by all indcations Martin was the only one throwing punches, had I been in Zimmerman’s shoes the end result would have been the same. If I’m on the ground with a punk sitting on me kicking my ass and he is also trying to take my gun, guess what folks, DRT! (dead right there) I’m doing anything I can to prevent him from killing me. -JRoycroft
In a statement, Detective Christopher Serino of the Sanford police department said he played a recording of the calls to Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father.
“In the background I could clearly hear a male’s voice yelling either ‘help’ or ‘help me’ 14 times in an approximately 38-second time span,” Serino wrote.
“The voice was determined to be that of George Zimmerman, who was apparently yelling for help as he was being battered by Trayvon Martin.
“I asked Mr Martin if the voice calling for help was that of his son. Mr Martin, clearly emotionally impacted by the recording, quietly responded ‘No’.”
Witnesses, whose names were redacted from the report, also lent support to Zimmerman’s version of what happened.
“He witnesses a black male, wearing a dark colored ‘hoodie’ on top of a white or Hispanic male and throwing punches ‘MMA (mixed martial arts) style,’” the police report of the witness said. “He then heard a pop. He stated that after hearing the pop, he observed the person he had previously observed on top of the other person (the male wearing the hoodie) laid out on the grass.”
This from Alan Dershowitz a defense attorney, is a professor at Harvard Law School:
A medical report by George Zimmerman’s doctor has disclosed that Zimmerman had a fractured nose, two black eyes, two lacerations on the back of his head and a back injury on the day after the fatal shooting. If this evidence turns out to be valid, the prosecutor will have no choice but to drop the second-degree murder charge against Zimmerman — if she wants to act ethically, lawfully and professionally.
But none of this was included in any affidavit.
Now there is much more extensive medical evidence that would tend to support Zimmerman’s version of events. This version, if true, would establish self-defense even if Zimmerman had improperly followed, harassed and provoked Martin.
A defendant, under Florida law, loses his “stand your ground” defense if he provoked the encounter — but he retains traditional self-defense if he reasonably believed his life was in danger and his only recourse was to employ deadly force.
Thus, if Zimmerman verbally provoked Martin, but Martin then got on top of Zimmerman and banged his head into the ground, broke his nose, bloodied his eyes and persisted in attacking Zimmerman — and if Zimmerman couldn’t protect himself from further attack except by shooting Martin — he would have the right to do that. (The prosecution has already admitted that it has no evidence that Zimmerman started the actual fight.)
There is, of course, no assurance that the special prosecutor handling the case, State Attorney Angela Corey, will do the right thing. Because until now, her actions have been anything but ethical, lawful and professional.
She was aware when she submitted an affidavit that it did not contain the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. She deliberately withheld evidence that supported Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense. The New York Times has reported that the police had “a full face picture” of Zimmerman, before paramedics treated him, that showed “a bloodied nose.” The prosecutor also had photographic evidence of bruises to the back of his head.
This is a fact-specific case, in which much turns on what the jury believes beyond a reasonable doubt. It must resolve all such doubts in favor of the defendant, because our system of justice insists that it is better for 10 guilty defendants to go free than for even one innocent to be wrongfully convicted.
You wouldn’t know that from listening to Corey, who announced that her jobs was “to do justice for Trayvon Martin” — not for George Zimmerman.
As many see it, her additional job is to prevent riots of the sort that followed the acquittal of the policemen who beat Rodney King.
Indeed, Mansfield Frazier, a columnist for the Daily Beast, has suggested that it is the responsibility of the legal system to “avert a large scale racial calamity.” He has urged Zimmerman’s defense lawyer to become a “savior” by brokering a deal to plead his client guilty to a crime that “has him back on the streets within this decade.”
But it is not the role of a defense lawyer to save the world or the country. His job — his only job — is to get the best result for his client, by all legal and ethical means.
Listen to the way a famous British barrister put it in 1820:
“An advocate, by the sacred duty which he owes his client, knows, in the discharge of that office, but one person in the world, that client and none other . . . Nay, separating even the duties of a patriot from those of an advocate, and casting them, if need be, to the wind, he must go on reckless of the consequences, if his fate it should unhappily be, to involve his country in confusion for his client’s protection.”
The prosecutor’s job is far broader: to do justice to the defendant as well as the alleged victim. As the Supreme Court has said: “The government wins . . . when justice is done.”
Zimmerman’s lawyer is doing his job. It’s about time for the prosecutor to start doing hers.

George Zimmerman Mug Shot
May 16, 2012 – (Updated May 17 @ 7:40 pm)Prosecutors have released new information including the autopsy report and original doctors report on George Zimmerman which confirms his injuries received during his altercation with Trayvon Martin on February 26, 2012 which resulted in Martin’s death.
The autopsy report on Trayvon Martin and injury report on George Zimmerman show Zimmerman had two black eyes, broken nose, and cuts on the back of his head. The Trayvon Martin autopsy report shows Martin had bloody knuckles and died from a single gunshot wound to the chest fired from “intermediate range.” Oh, and he also had THC in his system which in itself makes Trayvon Martin a druggie. Are you beginning to get a better picture of who the real Trayvon Martin was? Yea, me too. The more we find out about Trayvon Martin, the more he sounds like just another thug.
There is also new video evidence taken from a convenience store and a clubhouse.
With this information out I wonder what affect this will have on the jury in the Zimmerman trial. It certainly won’t help the prosecution make the case that Zimmerman approached Martin and shot him point blank without cause. Of course we don’t know what the new video shows either.
The more that comes out about this case the more it seems that the prosecution may have over charged Zimmerman.
If the jury cannot get a conviction on Zimmerman, law enforcement in Sanford, Florida will have their hands full trying to keep peace in the community. They can thank race baiters Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson for any violence that will probably break out. -JRoycroft

The George Zimmerman You Don’t Know
April 26, 2012 – Here is a story that may change your opinion of George Zimmerman. It’s the George Zimmerman you don’t know that may surprise you.
From a Reuters report:
The 28-year-old insurance-fraud investigator comes from a deeply Catholic background and was taught in his early years to do right by those less fortunate. He was raised in a racially integrated household and himself has black roots through an Afro-Peruvian great-grandfather – the father of the maternal grandmother who helped raise him.
A criminal justice student who aspired to become a judge, Zimmerman also concerned himself with the safety of his neighbors after a series of break-ins committed by young African-American men.
Though civil rights demonstrators have argued Zimmerman should not have prejudged Martin, one black neighbor of the Zimmermans said recent history should be taken into account.
“Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. I’m black, OK?” the woman said, declining to be identified because she anticipated backlash due to her race. She leaned in to look a reporter directly in the eyes. “There were black boys robbing houses in this neighborhood,” she said. “That’s why George was suspicious of Trayvon Martin.”
After reading this story you can’t help but have a different opinion of George Zimmerman. Granted he did make a tragic mistake and he will be punished for it, he also is not the racist that some in the media and public want you to believe that he is. He appears to be just a nice guy who made a terrible judgement call that resulted in a death and the destruction of his own personal life. -JRoycroft

Another White Victim Of The Black Culture Of Violence
April 24, 2012 – A white Alabama man, Matthew Owens, was savagely beaten in his own front yard by a mob of black thugs armed with chairs, pipes and paint cans over the weekend. Owens is in critical condition at USA Medical Center.
Neighbors reported hearing a member of the mob that beat Matthew Owens yelling, “Now that’s justice for Trayvon.”
How long before this type of violence against whites comes to your neighborhood, and what will you do to protect yourself when it does? How about being prepared and killing these members of the growing culture of black violence when they threaten you and your loved ones.
Sanford Florida will soon be in the limelight with the Zimmerman trial and we should prepare for the worst both during and after the trial has ended. These black maggots are sitting around just waiting for another excuse to strike out against innocent non black citizens and businesses.
You will not hear Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton or Barack Obama say a damn word about this most recent black on white attack. It doesn’t fit their racial agenda. They will remain silent. They don’t give a damn how many whites are killed or injured by their black supporters. They also don’t give a damn how many blacks kill other blacks. That also does nothing for their race baiting agenda.
Let’s face it folks, we’re on our own in this war against whites. It’s us against the black maggot culture of violence. When they strike against you be prepared to defend yourself with deadly force if necessary.

18 Year Old Black Thug Charged With Hate Crime
April 21, 2012 – Maywood, Ill. – Alton L. Hayes III, a west suburban black thug has been charged with a hate crime after telling police he beat up a white man – all because he was pissed about the Trayvon Martin killing.
Hayes, 18 of the 1200 block of North Woodbine Avenue in Oak Park, was charged with attempted robbery, aggravated battery and a hate crime, all felonies, Oak Park police Detective Cmdr. Ladon Reynolds said.
Hayes was ordered held on $80,000 bond and remained in the Cook County Jail on Friday.
Imagine that, a black man charged with a hate crime. I wonder how long it will take Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson to arrive in Ill. to give aid and comfort to to the victim of this hate crime? Yea right, like that’s ever gonna happen.
What we have here my friends is an example of whats likely to happen in the coming months all across the country. Now that George Zimmerman has gotten approved for bond and his trial soon to begin, stories like this one will start popping up. Of course the outcome of the trial will be yet another excuse for even more violence against whites and white business owners. It’s that culture of violence thing I keep harping about. All they need is an excuse.

George Zimmerman : New Photo Released Shows Injured Head Minutes After Shooting
April 20, 2012 – (Updated at 11:26 pm) Are there any doubts about whether George Zimmerman got his ass kicked by Trayvon Martin? The above newly released photo tells the story and seems to back up Zimmerman’s statement that he was attacked and beaten by Trayvon Martin. Of course the lying media and all the race whores have distorted the facts and have created a different story. They have all but destroyed a man who is legally innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Yes he killed Martin, but he still has a right to a fair trial. By the way, as far as I am concerned, Zimmerman is guilty of killing Martin. I don’t need a jury to decide that part of the equation for me. They can determine his punishment.
The more facts that come to light about the Trayvon Martin case, the more it seems that the state has over charged George Zimmerman with the 2nd degree murder charge. I’m not an attorney, but it sure is looking like his charge maybe should have been manslaughter or something less than 2nd degree murder.
George Zimmerman should have left well enough alone after calling 911 that night. His stupid decision of following Trayvon Martin put all the wheels in motion that led to the death of another human. For that reason alone I believe he should be punished, but not for the charge of murder. Trayvon Martins own mother said on the Today show that she believed it was an accident. “I believe it was an accident. I believe it just got out of control and he couldn’t turn the clock back.” You can bet the Zimmerman defense team will have that statement in hand ready for the trial.
We all know Trayvon Martin was no saint. His well documented history as a trouble maker would probably have landed him in jail eventually, maybe even worse. But Martin is not on trial. He is dead. The fact remains though, that George Zimmerman got a bad rap from the media from day one. His ability to get a fair trial has been put in jeopardy by media liars and race whores. So it really doesn’t matter that Martin might have been an up and coming street thug, and I believe he was. I also believe that Martin attacked Zimmerman because he thought Zimmerman was a threat. I also believe that George Zimmerman shot and killed Martin because he felt his life was in danger. So maybe the mother was on the right track with her idea that it was an accident. Maybe in reality the evidence will determine that both Zimmerman and Martin acted in self defense, not knowing what the others intentions really were.
It doesn’t matter, the end result still rests on George Zimmerman’s shoulders … If only he had not followed Trayvon Martin that night.

George Zimmerman Charged With Second Degree Murder
April 11, 2012 – As I predicted, George Zimmerman charged with second degree murder in the killing of 17 year old Trayvon Martin.

“It is the search for justice for Trayvon that has brought us to this moment,” Corey also had a message for those who have been rushing to judgment on the case.
“You cannot know what it’s like to launch this type of investigation and come to this conclusion,” State Attorney Angela Corey said during the press conference. ”We don’t prosecute by public pressure or petition. We prosecute cases on the relevant facts of each case and on the laws of the state of Florida.”
