Obama Didn’t Build This Country, We The People Did
July 18, 2012 - Barack Obama has this idea and belief that the government is the root to everything every American ever accomplished. In his own words, “You didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.” He wants us to believe that no one has the ability to create a job, start a private business or become successful without someone elses help. Everything you ever accomplished in your life was the result of someone holding your hand. This couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact we the people created the very foundation that gave Barack Obama the opportunity to become the leader of the free world. We created the very government that he and his regime have willfully corrupted and tried to destroy. We are also the people who have the power to remove Obama from our White House and replace him with someone of higher intelligence and moral character and with someone who believes in America and our Constitution.
Perhaps Barack Obama should read the Declaration of Independence to fully understand why we are so upset. I’m sure it’s a document he has never read.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
In November, we the people will be exercising our power of choice to send his Marxist ass straight back to the streets of Chicago where he belongs. We will remove the garbage and begin a cleaning and healing process that has been long overdue. We will be making the choice to protect our safety, liberty, freedom and happiness.
It’s up to those of us who still love our country, and still believe in the American dream to get us back to the point where our founding fathers so desperately fought to achieve. We can, and we will do this. Obama didn’t build this country, we the people did. -JRoycroft
