Jackson Browne Comments On Obama
June 5, 2012 – You know, most people become politically smarter with age. Well, except for people like Jackson Browne who still hasn’t figured out that Obama is an enemy of the the capitalist society that he reaps $millions from.
In a recent interview with The Wrap, Jackson said, “It wouldn’t and shouldn’t be a f—ing surprise to anybody that I’m going to vote for Obama, but honestly Obama once again has joined the ranks of the lesser of two evils. The great parade of people that the progressives get to vote for who are the lesser of two evils and who don’t really represent what I believe in any overwhelming balance.”
WTF! See what I mean?
In one of my favorite songs, “The Pretender,” you’ll hear Jackson Browne lyrics …”struggle for the legal tender” and “kids wait for the ice cream vendor.” This is what drives me crazy about artists who get mixed up in politics. You can’t have it both ways Jackson. If Obama remains in office another 4 years those little kids probably won’t be seeing that ice cream vendor because his ass will be out of a job – and never mind how worthless that legal tender will become.
